Design and Application of Automatic Inspection System for Power Distribution Room

In order to solve the problems of low efficiency, high labor intensity, low inspection efficiency, and poor accuracy of manual inspection in distribution rooms, an automatic inspection system for distribution rooms based on infrared thermal imaging and visual inspection is proposed. The article focuses on the research and practical application of the inspection system, automatic charging system, and infrared monitoring system for wheeled inspection machines. According to the actual operation in the distribution room, the effective inspection coverage of the automatic inspection system for the distribution room has reached 95.3%, the accuracy of the infrared thermal imaging module for fault warning has reached 98.9%, Greatly improved the operational safety of the distribution room.
