Design of mobile vehicle-mounted pressure test system based on the Internet of Things

  • In view of the problem that the current domestic vehicle-mounted pressure test system can not meet the development requirements of high-efficiency oil drilling, this paper designs a set of mobile vehicle-mounted pressure test system based on the Internet of Things, The study specifically investigates the testing efficiency and pressure control accuracy of the system. By incorporating of technology, we optimized the testing process flow, achieving a 30% to 50% improvement in testing efficiency. Through innovative algorithm research, the pressure control accuracy has been significantly enhanced. This system enables high-efficiency pressure testing and digital management, demonstrating significant implications for enterprises to “efficiency increase and cost reduction”.
