Design and Application of Semi-automatic Packaging Machine for Artificial Graphite Anode Materials

  • To address the issues of low packaging efficiency, unstable quality, and excessive reliance on manual labor in the packaging of artificial graphite anode materials, a semi-automatic packaging machine based on a PLC control system is designed. The packaging process flow is analyzed in detail, and 3D modeling is used to design modules such as material conveying, metering and weighing, filling and bagging, and sealing. A PLC control system and a metering and weighing system are developed, with separate packaging machines designed for 25 kg standard bags and 600 kg ton bags. Sensors such as weight sensors, photoelectric sensors, and thermocouples are deployed to monitor packaging parameters in real-time and feed them back to the PLC. The PLC precisely controls each actuator of the packaging machine according to preset control logic and parameters, realizing the automation and intelligence of the packaging process. Tests on packaging accuracy, packaging speed, sealing quality, and control system stability show that both the standard bag and ton bag packaging machines meet the design requirements, achieving efficient, accurate, and stable packaging of anode materials, which is suitable for the flexible production needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
