Analysis Method For the Arc Value of the Calendering’s Roll

Because of the use of arc-shaped rollers in the calendring can improve the thickness consistency of electrode, a method for rapidly and accurately calculating the arc value of the roll was proposed. Parametric modeling of the main structure of the calendring was carried out, mechanical simulation analysis of the model was conducted by using ansys software, and the simulation result was output. According to the actual working conditions, the parameters are edited to obtain the arc under different working conditions. The research results show that by using simulation analysis can assist in the production of curved rollers, improving work efficiency and saving costs.
