Simulation Analysis and Experimental Research on the Strength of the Frame Connection Structure of Electric Three Wheeled Cleaning Vehicles
-
Abstract
During the operation of the transport vehicle, the bearing capacity and service life of the pin connection structure between the frame and the bucket frame are key factors in evaluating its long-term usability. Therefore, the actual load magnitudes under two typical working conditions are established and analyzed, and then transformed into the stress conditions on the actual contact surface of the pin connection structure. The actual pin connection structure is measured and a three-dimensional model is established. Using finite element analysis software, the stress of the pin connection structure is analyzed and strain gauges are attached for measurement. The experimental verification of typical load conditions under different road conditions is completed. The results show that the stress level of the pin connection structure does not exceed 37 MPa, meeting the long-term use requirements.
