Simulation Analysis of Fluid Structure Coupling in Arm Frame Conveying Pipe Structure of Cement Concrete Pump Truck
-
Abstract
The working environment of concrete pump trucks is diverse and the working posture is varied. As an important component of the pump truck arm system, the vibration response and prevention of resonance problems during operation are crucial. The conveying pipe of the boom system also plays a very important role during operation, and the stress distribution and structural strength of the conveying pipe are equally important. This article uses ANSYS finite element simulation to perform modal simulation on the pump truck arm and obtain the first six modal shapes of the pump truck arm. Establish a fluid structure coupling simulation model of the pump truck arm conveying pipe in ANSYS, conduct finite element simulation on the concrete conveying pipe of the pump truck, determine the stress distribution and dangerous point positions of the conveying pipe under five different typical working conditions, and provide reference for preventing resonance and fatigue safety evaluation of the pump truck arm structure.
