Modeling of Wear Morphology and Performance Influence Analysis of Cone Crusher Chamber

  • In order to accurately analyze the impact of crushing chamber wear on equipment performance, this paper proposes a cavity wear morphology modeling method suitable for cone crushers. This method can effectively reflect the morphological evolution of cavity shapes at different production stages, and combined with power models, discharge grading models, and yield models, a systematic analysis framework from cavity shape changes to operational performance evolution is constructed. By comparing with the on-site measured data, the calculated results of the model have a high degree of agreement, which verifies the accuracy and reliability of the model. On this basis, further optimization of the cavity shape design has improved the production capacity and yield of the equipment under wear conditions. The research results provide theoretical basis and practical methods for the wear assessment and structural optimization of cone crushers.
