Analysis of anti-vibration performance of fixed partition distribution cabinets in IDC

  • Fixed partition distribution cabinets are used for power distribution within IDC. During transportation, the cabinets are subjected to various acceleration effects such as crane dispatching and vehicle loading. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the cabinets have high vibration resistance performance while achieving their intended functions. This article takes the distribution cabinet body as the research object,based on the MIL-STD-810F environmental reliability test standard, applies CAD and Solidworks software to establish a solid model, and uses Solidworks Simulation components to perform vibration analysis on it, obtaining two major result data: RMS and PSD. Through the RMS results, it is found that the maximum stress value occurs on both sides of the tray, which is more than the material yield strength. Through the PSD results, it is found that the cabinet vibration reaches its maximum at 13.62 Hz. Ensure that the cabinet's vibration resistance performance meets the requirements and propose relevant precautions.
