Research and Application of Specialized Equipment for Testing the Flushing Performance of Toilets Based on Intelligent Sensing

Abstract
At present, the performance testing of toilet flushing is mainly carried out manually, which has disadvantages such as low efficiency, strong subjectivity, and poor consistency of toilet testing results. In response to the above issues, this article proposes an automatic counting and detection system for PP balls based on intelligent fiber optic sensing technology. At the same time, a set of specialized testing equipment for toilet flushing performance is formed by combining the toilet conveying module, PP ball management module, and PP ball counting module. The article focuses on in-depth research and development of intelligent fiber optic sensing based PP ball automatic identification and counting, precise positioning technology for toilet conveying, precise placement and recycling management technology for PP balls, and multi module collaborative control technology. A set of automated, high-precision, and highly consistent toilet flushing performance testing solutions has been developed, significantly improving testing efficiency and objectivity of results, and providing reliable technical support for enterprise quality control.
