Virtual Simulation Design of Automatic Labeling Station Production Line
-
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the integration of industry and education in vocational education and the development of intelligent manufacturing, and relying on the Chinese characteristic apprenticeship system, this paper carries out a reform practice on the course "Digital Design and Simulation of Intelligent Production Lines", using the design of an automatic labeling station production line as a case study. Based on NX software for digital modeling of production lines, utilizing NX MCD platform combined with digital twin technology to complete mechanical and electrical conceptual design, collaborating with TIA Portal and PLCSIM Advanced to achieve virtual debugging, and building a full lifecycle digital management system. Practice has shown that the collaboration between school and enterprise mentors, engineering alternation, and project-based teaching models have improved students' technical application abilities and promoted the integration of theory and practice. This reform provides innovative solutions and theoretical references for talent cultivation in intelligent production lines and the intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry.
