Design and Application Analysis of High Voltage Comprehensive Protection Device for Mine Power Supply System

  • In response to the low level of automation and intelligence in the current power supply system of mines, which is prone to leapfrog tripping, a new mining high-voltage comprehensive protection device was designed based on the existing shortcomings of the current mining high-voltage comprehensive protection system and the main functions that the high-voltage comprehensive protection device should have. The overall structure of the device was introduced, and the hardware and software parts of the device were specifically designed. Application testing was carried out, and the test results showed that the application of this high-voltage comprehensive protection device can effectively prevent and control the leapfrog tripping problem of the mining power supply system, improve the automation and intelligence level of the mining power supply system operation, and achieve the goal of better ensuring the safe, stable and continuous operation of the mining power supply system.
