Research on Innovative Design of Steel Pipe Jacking Intermediate Jacking Station based on Radial Self-Adaptive Structure

Abstract
To address the technical bottlenecks of traditional pipe jacking intermediate jacking stations, such as low installation efficiency, high safety risks, poor equipment adaptability and complicated procedures, this paper proposes a new design scheme of intermediate jacking station based on the combination of a radial self-adaptive rhombic telescopic structure and cylinder hinged fixation technology. Through the cooperative working mechanism of axial jacking components and radial diameter-variable components, the structure achieves rapid support and overall recovery under different pipe diameters, fundamentally avoiding the cumbersome process of repeated disassembly and assembly of hydraulic cylinders in traditional intermediate jacking stations. Research shows that the integrated design of the radial adjustment unit composed of rhombic telescopic frames, combined with the T-slot-rod guide and limit mechanism and built-in jacking components, can improve equipment adaptability and working efficiency.
