Structural Design of Indoor Ice-Melting Valve Stack Based on MMC Topology

Abstract
This paper investigates the strength of the MMC ice-melting valve stack during actual transportation. Finite element software was used to simulate transportation conditions and perform a random vibration simulation analysis on the valve stack structure. Based on these findings, the valve stack structure underwent an optimized redesign. Subsequent random vibration simulation validated the strength of the optimized structure, confirming it meets the strength requirements under transportation vibration and impact conditions.
