Design of Mine Intelligent Ventilation Monitoring System based on Multi-sensors

  • To address the problems of traditional mine ventilation monitoring systems, such as low monitoring efficiency and insufficient intelligence, which make it difficult to meet the development requirements of mine automation and intellectualization, this paper adopts various sensors for temperature, humidity, gas concentration and other parameters to comprehensively monitor mine ventilation operating conditions. Combined with data fusion technology to analyze ventilation status, an intelligent mine ventilation monitoring system is designed. The overall architecture of the system is introduced, the hardware and software modules are designed and implemented, and application tests of the system are carried out. The results show that the system can monitor mine ventilation conditions in real time, identify potential ventilation risks and issue early warnings in a timely manner, realize intelligent monitoring and regulation of the ventilation process, significantly improve the automation and intelligence level of the ventilation system, and achieve favorable application effects.
