Application and Analysis of Mechanized Rapid Installation Technology in Large Mining Height Working Face

  • In order to solve the problem of tight production connection in Daheng Coal Industry and improve the efficiency of installation and demolition of working face, a mechanized rapid installation process was proposed and applied in 91106 working face with large mining height. This paper focuses on the structural characteristics, working principle and process flow of mechanized rapid installation equipment for large mining height working face in coal mine. Through the application of mechanized rapid installation technology in 91106 large mining height working face, the feasibility of rapid and safe installation in large mining height working face is verified.
